You won’t be able to subscribe to Vanguard until the game is released. Right now, the subscription service is in development. They don’t plan on testing that aspect of game production until the final phase of beta testing.

Sigil has announced that subscriptions to the game will follow the standard MMORPG formula of a short free trial period with the purchase of the game.
