No information regarding specific quests has been released yet. However, Sigil has indicated that there will be quests for casual individual players as well as groups and raids.

Questing will be a primary mode of getting experience and Legendary quality items. Whether hunting alone or in a group, quests will be the only way to get the best items in the game. Quests will also serve to advance the story in Vangaurd’s persistent world. Players will take up quests that change the world of Vanguard, but if others do not follow up, or complete quests to maintain these changes, the world will revert back to its previous state. This complex arrangement ensures that everyone will remain involved in the state of the world.
