Vanguard is designed to provide full support for Guilds. They recognize that forming and working with guilds is an important part of online games. To test the system set up for guilds, Sigil is currently privileging guilds when they sign up for the beta test.

Guilds are always an important part of play for a MMORPG as they allow characters to group easily with people they know. This makes it very easy to form groups for Raids, or other difficult quests.
